We're on the hunt for a
Marketing Projects Coordinator
who can juggle campaigns, deadlines, and design briefs, all while keeping things running smoother than a new treadmill on launch day

You'll work across a variety of health and wellness brands each with its own vibe and community, helping to shape campaigns that inspire people to live healthier, happier lives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing marketing projects from idea to execution (and everything in between).
  • Coordinating requests from multiple teams, keeping timelines and quality in check.
  • Writing catchy copy for social, email, and web content.
  • Briefing designers and reviewing creative assets to make sure they shine.
  • Tracking campaign performance, analysing results, and spotting opportunities to improve.
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table and staying on top of fitness and design trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in marketing coordination or project management.
  • A pro at keeping things organised (you love a good plan and even better execution).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, you know how to make words pop.
  • Comfortable working with tools like MS Planner, GA4, and email marketing platforms.
  • A good design eye and confidence when briefing creative teams.
  • A naturally curious, proactive, and collaborative personality.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube).
  • Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
  • Budget management or multi-site marketing experience.
