Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Team Lead based in SomersetWest. The Manufacturing Team Lead will oversee production planning and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day production workflows, leading and motivating a team, coordinating operations for efficiency, and maintaining clear communication with team members and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
  • Experience in Operations Management and optimization strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in Team Leadership and effective collaboration
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance in manufacturing environments
  • 2 years Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing, with wire harness assembly and tool setting
  • IPC620 or 610 will be an advantage
