Entry Level Position

We are looking for an organized and driven Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth running of our sales operations.

Sales Administrator responsibilities include maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, providing administrative assistance to the sales team, handling customer complaints, and monitoring sales performance.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent knowledge of sales administration procedures and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Ultimately, the role of the Sales Administrator is to help our sales team focus more on selling and less on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders online, via phone, or email, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Sales Record Maintenance: Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and transaction details.

Reporting: Compile monthly sales reports and analyse sales performance metrics to assist the sales team in achieving targets.

Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about products

Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to streamline workflows and ensure efficient sales operations.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role is advantageous.

Own vehicle essential
