**Description**:
We are looking for a Brand and Digital Manager with excellent B2B Marketing skills and experience in Tech or Health to join a leading HealthTech platform company with a culture based on strong values, accountability, collaboration and no politics. Our client believes in transforming healthcare to enhance people's lives and they find creative ways to make healthcare more affordable and accessible to everyone - all through tech.
Your main role will be to bring your experience, creativity and implementation skills to conceptualise, develop, execute and manage marketing plans to ensure that the company grows it's client base, retains clients, drives the adoption of products and services and deliver a consistently pleasing brand experience.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Marketing strategy development, planning and execution across multiple channels to achieve required outcomes
- Management of marketing briefing process
- Develop required marketing collateral, working with graphic designers or external suppliers ensure brand consistency (special focus on content writing and copy writing)
- Lead Digital Online Marketing Strategy ensuring Social platform growth, engagement, lead generation and conversion
- Identify trends and gaps through interpretation of insights & competitor analysis
- Optimise spend and performance of marketing channels
- Continuously improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
- Understanding of Keyword Research principles & Running Adwords Campaigns
- Reporting on insights, learnings and areas of development with the marketing team and stakeholders
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in Marketing (Traditional & Digital)
**Requirements**:
- Business or marketing related degree
- 5 years’ experience in a marketing position. Preference will be given to digital marketing experience
- Certifications in Google Adwords and other social media certifications are preferred
- Advanced Google Analytics experience
- Design Software knowledge
- Experience with conceptualising and implementing through the line marketing plans and initiatives is essential.
- Experience working with a content management system - WordPress is preferable.
- Management of marketing suppliers including marketing, design, social media and research agencies
- Excellent command of social media and their best practices
- Experience in demand creation via digital communications is advantageous
- Marketing of technology services to small businesses highly advantageous
- Marketing to Healthcare service providers highly advantageous
- Ability to work with Data and identify trends and insights
- Copywriting experience
- Understanding of acquisition and retention marketing dynamics
- Consumer behavior knowledge pertaining to technology adoption
- Understanding of Cloud Technology and interfaces
