We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused 
Internal Sales Consultant
 to join our inbound sales team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries, qualify leads, and convert calls into sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 
    inbound calls
     and leads from prospective customers and existing clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicles and solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the Pipe Drive CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure a positive customer journey and maximise conversion.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads?

Requirements

  • Experience in sales
     (preferably inbound call centre or automotive sales).
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Customer service mindset with a passion for helping clients find the right solution.
  • Ability to work in a 
    fast-paced, target-driven environment
    .
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Desired Qualities

  • Previous experience in the 
    car industry
     or finance/insurance sales is an advantage.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
