Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pretoria for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential and current members, and identifying their needs to recommend tailored membership solutions. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the club's success and member satisfaction. This role involves proactive communication, consultation, and a strong commitment to upholding Virgin Active's values.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored recommendations
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to confidently present membership options
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a customer-focused mindset
  • Additional experience in fitness, health, or wellness industries is advantageous
  • Motivation to meet sales targets and adapt to a dynamic environment
