Platform Engagement Manager

**Platform Engagement Manager - Cape Town CBD**

JustMoney seeks to employ a mid-level platform manager. This person will be responsible for improving and sustaining client engagement and managing the JustMoney coaching team that supports the JustMoney platform.

**Role detail**
The platform engagement manager will oversee the digital platform. The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- ** Managing the coaching team**: You will be responsible for managing the coaches and will play a supportive role to the team leader. This will involve providing guidance and feedback to the team and leader, and setting goals and monitoring performance to ensure the team is meeting targets.
- **Engaging with clients**: You will be responsible for the client engagement and solution/product uptake on the digital platform. You will need to ensure that users have a positive experience and be proactive in addressing any issues. This will involve monitoring client feedback and using this information to improve the platform and coaching services.
- **Working with internal stakeholders**: You will need to foster and manage internal stakeholder relationships, including working closely with the development, analytics, and marketing teams. This will involve communicating with these teams regularly to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
- **Analytics and goal-driven approach**: You will be responsible for driving the success of the digital platform and coaching services by setting and achieving goals and using data to inform decisions. This will involve tracking and analysing metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and using this information to make data-driven decisions.
- **Passionate for personal financial services**: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for financial services and a strong understanding of the industry. This will help you to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and to ensure the platform and coaching services are providing value to users.
- **Creative and forward-thinking**: You will need to be creative and adopt a forward-thinking approach to identify new opportunities and generate innovative solutions to challenges. This may involve working closely with the operations and development team to consider new features for the platform, working with the marketing team to develop the right campaigns for the correct segments, or finding sustainable ways to engage with clients on-platform and off-platform via smart tools and resources.
- **Self-motivated**: As a mid-level manager, you will be expected to take initiative and work independently. You will need to be self-motivated, able to manage your time effectively, and able to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- You will need to support clients through their financial wellness journey, via the broader team. You will also play a critical role in the success of the platform and coaching services. **You will need to be proactive, goal-driven, and passionate about personal financial services to excel in this role.**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
- Excellent collaborator and effective communicator who can proactively solve problems and suggest and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively.
- Ability to manage output in a high growth and fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, marketing, and analytics.
