Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist The world’s leading independent conservation organisation is seeking a skilled Digital Engagement Specialist to manage and optimise its website and digital platforms. This role focuses on website content management, design, and optimisation (60%), alongside digital engagement initiatives (40%) that drive web traffic, grow the supporter base, and inspire deeper audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Maintain, update, and optimise websites and campaign landing pages to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. Create, edit, and publish compelling digital content that aligns with communication, fundraising, and environmental goals. Use SEO insights, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously refine content and improve visibility and engagement. Collaborate with social media, communications, and fundraising teams to ensure messaging and campaigns are consistent across platforms. Support digital engagement strategies, including email campaigns, cross-platform user journeys, and landing page optimisation to improve conversions. Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to segment audiences, nurture supporter journeys, and boost engagement and retention. Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements and innovations. Stay up to date with digital trends and propose new ideas to grow online reach and supporter engagement. Requirements Relevant qualification in communications, marketing, media, design, or web development. 3+ years’ experience in website management, digital content, or online marketing. Proficiency in CMS platforms, SEO, analytics tools, and UX best practices. Skills in content creation, HTML/CSS, and image/video editing tools. Experience with (or eagerness to learn) CRM and automation platforms such as HubSpot. Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
