- Process monthly creditors and debtors
- Invoicing, purchase order and bank allocations on Sage software
- Reconciliation of petty cash
- Data capturing
- Bookkeeping
- Strong background on E-Filing system
- Submission of returns: EMP201, VAT, EMP501 etc.
- Prepare monthly payroll on Simplepay software.
- Submission of returns on BCCEI.
- Using programs: Ms Word and Excel
- Coordinating office activities

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R7,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)
