**Role Summary**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative content creator to take responsibility for the content marketing output of our clients.
You must be well organised and have excellent creative and communication skills, be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and most importantly, be adaptable. A positive and enthusiastic problem-solving attitude will get you far. The ability to drive strategic thinking and creativity to deliver top-of-the-range visual content essential for this role.
This role calls for a talented all-rounder with initiative and drive to keep ahead of the digital content space. Ideally, you will be excited about technology, enjoy playing with tools and see challenges as opportunities.

**Role**:
Your day-to-day will require you to understand our clients' needs and integrating with their existing creative teams content calendars to prepare and execute online content at current events and shoots etc. Your focus, however, will be largely centered around tactical proposals and executions for social media. Ideally this would require you to participate in the social department to ensure ongoing access to online listening, trends, insights, and brand opportunities.
You will need to have experience of managing creative products from start to finish; you would be required to ideate and deliver final creative products for social media and other online channels. From conceptualising and storyboarding ideas through to creating the execution of content - filming and editing to photographing and retouching.

**Duties**:
Pre-planned, ad-hoc and quick turn around visual content creation

**Production**: costing, production schedules, supplier sourcing and management, arrange shoot locations, set management etc.

**Pre and post production**: client service, briefing, management of creative assets, delivery etc.
Management, maintenance, and transportation of equipment for quick turn-around content.
Effective collaboration with digital design, copywriting, social media, and strategy departments.
Excellent proposal and presentation skills with the ability to build client relationships.
Clear understanding of production requirements and be able to work effectively with timelines and budgets.
Ability to multitask several creative projects and able to work under tight deadlines.
Be on the forefront of trends and innovations on the local and international landscape for social media, photography, videography and editing techniques.
Clear understanding of brands identities, creative studio design goals - participating existing requirements for proof and sign offs.
Actively participate in creative A/B and content performance testing.
Support the brands creative department with best practice social media template

**Requirements**:
Relevant degree and/or qualifications
3-5 years' relevant experience (against this job spec)
Portfolio displaying your own conceptual and strategic design online
Proven experience working as part of production and/or postproduction teams
Experience with diverse types of production equipment and software
Responsible and trustworthy
Excellent creative skills and a great eye for details

**Technical skills/knowledge**:
Design, videography and photography platforms.

**Social Platform Experience**: Facebook and Instagram Studio, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube,Twitter, Whats App etc.

**Bonus**: Digital Platforms: Google web design
