We are a growth agency focusing on SME clients and assisting them in achieving their business goals through Marketing Solutions. We are in need of a dynamic & flexible Social Media Content Creator who loves all things social media, trying out new formats & creative ways to communicate a brand's message and increase engagement online. We are a small team and we are looking for someone who is willing to grow with us.

The primary responsibility of a Social Media Content Creator is to be responsible for the Ideation of creative ways to communicate our clients key brand message & achieve our clients objectives through social media. Plan & produce monthly content plans (Graphic design and photography across multiple formats & channels) as well as copywriting, editing and advising on content. Leading & driving the clients social media strategy. Managing posting on social media platforms, as well as Community Management and proactively engaging with the brands online community, collaborating with partners and content creators & staying up to date with the latest digital & social trends and best practice formats to achieve specific client objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team on social media strategies for clients to achieve client objectives.
- Monthly Ideation of Content Plans across social platforms.
- Monthly Content Creation (Design, Photography & Copy)
- Ad Hoc Content Creation
- Monthly Posting & management of clients social media channels.
- Community Management across platforms, and proactively engaging with the online community.
- Spotting opportunities of collaboration with potential brands/content creators.
- Monthly Reporting on social media results, against KPIs.
- Keeping up to date with social media trends

Skills required:

- Remote working experience
- Own Car/transport needed
- Design & Editing Skills
- Great verbal & written communication.
- Social Media Copywriting experience.
- Proficient across social platforms. Good understanding of social media formats (Paid & Organic)
