A leading Marketing Agency has a vacancy for an Account Manager with at least 2 - 3 years experience working in a similar role within the sports and entertainment industry.
**The Account Manager is primarily responsible for**:
Managing and Implementing Sponsorship/Brand Activations.
**Duties include but not limited -**:
- Responsible for the full Client Management Service Portfolio
- Responsible for the execution off Activations & Events within Client portfolio
- Responsible for ensuring client objectives are met and required returns are achieved
- Account and Campaign Reporting
- Account and Event Reporting
- Project Management of all Operational and Project Deliverables
- Supplier management - ensure suppliers deliver to required standard
- Daily communication with clients, including but not limited to taking briefs, contact/status reports, project plans, and general daily communication
- Financial Management. Drafting and Management of Budgets, Reconciliation, Reporting.
- Event Management
**Media Solutions**:
- General filing and administrative support (contracts, mandates, etc)
- Research and analysis of post-campaign data
- Sending out invoicing and general administrative communication
- Ad hoc administrative duties
**Qualifications Required**:
- Relevant Degree
**KNOWLEDGE** **Required : Comprehensive knowledge in -**:
- Project Management
- Event Management
- Hospitality
- Sport
**Experience** **Required**:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have worked on Brand Campaigns and Events
**Skills** **Required**:
- Event Management and Project Management Skills
- Finance and budget management experience
- Client Service Skills
