Position: Internal & External Sales Representative
Location: Gauteng

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and develop new business within the rigging and machinery moving sector.
Manage incoming inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through to order closure.
Engage with clients on-site to understand their lifting, rigging, and equipment-moving requirements.
Promote services including machinery relocation, heavy lifts, on-site rigging solutions, and related engineering support.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to provide accurate, tailored solutions to clients.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and contractors.
Monitor market activity, competitors, and industry trends within rigging and construction.
Ensure accurate data capture and reporting via the CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
**Requirements**:
3-5 years’ proven sales experience (preferably within rigging, construction, engineering, or related industries).
Solid understanding of rigging, lifting, or machinery moving (or willingness to learn quickly).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical services to clients.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage both internal desk-based sales and external field sales.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (essential).
CRM system and MS Office proficiency.
