Our client, a software provider in the healthcare industry, is in search of a self-motivated individual to join their Finance department..

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Debtors' reconciliations, reports and collection.
- Implement payment arrangements and ensure collection of payment by scheduled due date.
- Maintain team's age analysis and follow up on unattended accounts.
- Attend to account queries.
- Ensure that collection targets are achieved by team members.
- Attend periodic meetings to provide feedback on age analysis.
- Escalate issues to relevant Managers.
- Handover bad debt to the Legal department.
- Update payment arrangement schedule.
- Debit order file reconciliation.
- Ad-hoc admin duties.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
- MS Office skillset - proficiency in Excel.
- Team management
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with **multiple accounts**.
- Fast learner
- Independent thinker.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of proven experience as a **Debtors Team Leader/Supervisor**:

- Medical/Legal industry experience an advantage

**Qualifications**:

- Matric certificate.

CTC includes Medical Aid and Provident Fund contribution.

Additional earning potential through commission structure.
