**Introduction**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Draughting Duties**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
- Interpret architectural and engineering designs and convert them into precise drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and clients.
- Maintain organized drawing records and version control.

**BIM Duties**:

- Develop and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate BIM workflows across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP).
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Train and support junior staff in BIM processes and software.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in draughting and BIM roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., PAS 1192, ISO 19650).
