We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a defined book of business while proactively hunting for new opportunities.
This is an ideal position for a sales professional who thrives in long-cycle B2B relationship management, someone who enjoys developing deep partnerships with key decision-makers, and driving sustained revenue growth over time.
Whether your background is in medical sales, construction supply sales, hospitality products sales, industrial goods sales, or another B2B enterprise sales vertical, if you know how to nurture complex accounts, build trust, and close deals, we want to talk to you.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts and territories.
- Develop, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships, focusing on high-value partnerships.
- Deliver consultative, solution-based sales tailored to each client’s business goals.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the CRM to manage pipelines, contacts, and sales activities.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations for clients and prospects.
- Collaborate internally with operations, customer service, and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, call metrics, and activity targets.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high responsiveness and a superior customer experience.
- Track and follow up on samples, quotes, and project requests to keep opportunities moving forward.
- Continuously identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand relationships and increase account revenue.
- Support team members as needed to maintain department-wide excellence.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise inside sales
- Proven success managing long sales cycles and high-touch client relationships.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret sales data and create action plans to drive growth.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
