We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Appointment Setter / B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging, and qualifying business leads, with the goal of setting up high-quality appointments for our Business Coach client. You’ll play a critical part in the early stages of the sales cycle and help drive the company’s growth by building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles
Engage decision-makers / business owners, clearly communicate service value, and build initial rapport
Set up meetings between qualified prospects and business coaches
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, status, and pipeline updates in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging
Provide feedback on market trends, common objections, and customer needs

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, telesales, call centre, or inside sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for sales, growth, and hitting targets
