**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor live vehicle tracking systems and ensure on-time performance of all trips
- Liaise with drivers, passengers, and subcontractors on routing and operational issues
- Report delays, incidents, and service deviations
- Assist with emergency trips, equipment drops, and ad hoc services
- Manage daily transport data and records accurately
- Support drivers in the event of incidents or accidents
- Handle incoming calls and resolve queries professionally
- Keep the Transport Manager updated on operational matters
- Enforce driver conduct, timekeeping, and appearance standards
- Identify training needs and support onboarding

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a transport operations or dispatch environment
- Strong understanding of delivery operations (preferred)
