You will fulfill the role of a Nightshift Supervisor within one of their branches based in Cape Town.

**Responsibilities**:
Your main task will be to plan the rounds, supervise the picking, and hash the rounds.

Prepare for loading and then following the Pick to load Process when loading trucks.

Manage four picking and loading teams.

Must be willing to work overtime as and when needed

Excellent Housekeeping.

Manage the team w.r.t. productivity and time management.

Prevent and manage shrinkage and damages.

Facilitate implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Utilize the prescribed system (Great Plains) to draw reports.

Manage staff and welfare of members.

Manage the branch warehouse function.

Be involved in stock control and inventory function

Including stock take preparation.

Enforce safety and housekeeping programme on an on-going basis

**Qualifications**:
Matric or equivalent

Any tertiary qualification Certificate / Diploma in Warehousing Management or Stock Control will be adv.

2 - 3 Years’ experience within an operations, logistics or distribution environment or similar

2 Years’ experience in people management

2 Years’ experience in Warehousing

Understanding the supply chain from buying, selling to distribution (loading, routing and dispatching)

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must be able to work Nightshift: Sunday to Friday
