- Dispatch co-ordination and distribution knowledge to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist others where needed
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate staff members to do the job as per relevant SOP
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time
- Plan, organize, oversee, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including but not limited to, the receipt of documentation and checking accuracy of loads before being dispatched to clients
- Processing of relevant documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management and admin skills
- **This is not an office job, all work is done inside the warehouse where a space will be provided when the few daily admin tasks must be done but the person will spend most of every day on the floor, interacting with staff, operations and the client.**:

- Willing to work overtime occasionally
- Own transport with valid driver’s licence will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R33.00 per hour
