This role requires someone with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage in-house leads, generate new opportunities through direct communication, and follow up on marketing inquiries effectively.

**Key Responsibilities Sales and Lead Management**
- Handle incoming leads and inquiries from potential buyers, tenants, and landlords.
- Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Book and coordinate property viewings for potential clients.
- Assist clients through the sales or lettings process, ensuring a smooth experience.

**Office Administration**
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, inquiries, and client interactions in the CRM system.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain professional and effective communication with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- **Outstanding telephone manner** with fluent English communication skills.
- Good Sales experience.
- Confident and persuasive communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to generate and manage leads through direct communication and follow-up.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn property management software.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration is essential.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with real estate sales or lettings is advantageous but not required.
