**Job Title**: Sales Consultant
**Area**: JHB, Eastrand.
Our client, who is in the logistics industry in South Africa has an awesome vacancy for an ambitious and energetic Sales Consultant with courier/logistics experience to join their sales and business development team.
Must Have:
- 2-4 years external sales experience in courier/logistics industry.
- Must have proven track record in the courier/ logistics industry.
- Must have a relevant Diploma/Degree
- Driver’s license is ESSENTIAL.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
Your duties will be, but not limited to: We need an experienced sales executive who will drive sustainable financial growth through sales and by building strong business relationships which would lead to repeated business.
Key Outcomes will be, but not limited to:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate response.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets.
- Set up meetings with potential clients with the intention to upsell.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on all company services.
- Negotiate/close deals.
- Manage queries and complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospective clients and share with internal teams.
- Create frequent reviews and reports of sales targets.
