Role Purpose

Develop and oversee the implementation of holistic learning and development solutions that drive effectiveness and achieve business objectives. Facilitate learning and development interventions and solutions that increase the effectiveness of the business and enable leadership and employee engagement to empower the business to achieve its objectives.
Requirements

**Qualifications**
- Honours degree in Learning or Human Capital discipline
- E-Learning, Digital media related qualification
- Registered Psychometrists has advantage
- Relevant Master’s degree and/or registration as Industrial Psychologist an advantage

**Experience**
- At least 3-5 years of Learning and development experience
- 2- 3 Years’ experience as an e-Learning content developer utilizing Rapid Authoring tools such as Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Understanding adult-based learning theories
Duties & Responsibilities

**INTERNAL PROCESS**
- Engage and partner closely with various stakeholders to assess learning needs, develop recommendations and implement learning interventions to improve the performance of individuals, teams, and business results.
- Create, collate and analyze key learning metrics to deliver insights to the learning team and key business stakeholders to inform the learning agenda.
- Evaluate and analyze data to drive continuous improvement, measure learning effectiveness, identify emerging risks and take appropriate action.
- Partner with Human Capital teams to drive integration of learning and human capital initiatives.
- Measure the impact of learning interventions aligned to desired business and performance impact.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends within the Learning and Development space to ensure that appropriate learning approaches and interventions are deployed.
- Effectively lead, direct, coach, and mentor others on how to design and deliver effective learning solutions that maximize performance.
- Effectively manage interactions with stakeholders including setting expectations, holding meetings, balancing priorities, and ongoing project updates.
- Translate strategy into appropriate learning plans to address identified learning and business needs.
- Plan the execution and delivery of learning interventions whilst ensuring the availability of resources, business priorities, timelines, business readiness, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize performance consulting to clearly define desired business outcomes and advise when training is the right solution.
- Plan, schedule and manage operational activities of the learning team to ensure the effective delivery of learning events aligned with the learning plan.
- Manage the operational budget of the region aligned to the learning plan and relevant policies and guidelines.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to employees to address development and performance needs.
- Address escalated queries and act as the moderator of assessments and learning events.
- Ensure the execution of learning events is aligned with learning plans, objectives, and standards to drive a consistent learning experience.
