- A minimum of 5 years experience as an Administrator in the Manufacturing / Engineering environment
- Computer literate: Advanced skills Excel / Syspro is essential

- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Reside close to Germiston / Surrounding areas
- Must be of sober habits
- Attention to detail
- Must be analytical and precise in work method.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced communications skills, verbally and electronically.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- General branch administration including purchasing of consumables for warehouse and admin.
- Handle and manage Petty Cash.
- Daily Maintenance of group Information Schedules.
- Assist with overflow in other departments.
- Processing of GRVs and Invoices
- Invoice Process.
- Assisting in Inventory management.
- Purchasing of office consumables
- Manage and update various group schedules on Excel.
- Create and Manage purchase orders on Syspro for various branches
- Assist with overflow inventory purchasing and management as and when required.
- Capture approved GRVs on Syspro system.
- GRV process of various stock and non-stock items.
- Take part in stock counts as and when required by management.
- Filing
- Answer overflow calls
- Any ad-hoc job-related task as and when required by management.
