- We are looking to recruit a SAP Systems Specialist II to work within the Group Finance department of Clicks Group Services. The role will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Business Systems Manager.**Job description**

**Job Purpose**:
Ensure the integrity of the Group’s financial systems and consistently enhance system capabilities; reduce inefficiencies through liaising between Group Finance and IT and assist the end users to define their processes, problems, opportunities and needs and identifying the requirements to solve them.

**Job Objectives**:

- First line support for SAP FI users
- Assisting the Business Systems Analyst in the data management of the SAP Real Estate module
- Supply chain financing management
- Assist with the payments process
- Assist with system efficiencies, enhancements and automation
- Data analysisMonitor and Support current RPA processes

**Minimum requirements**

**Essential Qualifications**
- BCom or equivalent qualification
- SAP Certification

**Job-related Experience**:
Essential:

- 3 years SAP
- 3 years Business Analysis
- 3 to 5 years in an accounting/ reporting environment

Desirable:

- Robotic Process Automation
- SAP Real Estate experience
- SAP SAC experience
- Hands-on experience of SAP SAC Application and configuration

**Job related skills**:

- End-user support and conflict management skills.
- Stress management and interpersonal skills.

**Job related knowledge**:

- 3-5 years knowledge/ hands-on experience of SAP FI/CO Application and configuration.
- General accounting practices and principles.
- Knowledge of IT Applications
- Accounting within retail environment (Desirable)
