Job Information DLK Group | Contract — Cape Town, South Africa Position : Senior SAP Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist Employment Type : Contract Location : Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa Posted : 04 / 07 / Responsibilities Responsibilities The Senior SAP Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist sources and delivers SAP talent for internal projects and client requirements, managing high-volume, deadline-driven recruitment. Build robust pipelines of qualified SAP professionals across modules and technologies; ensure resources are identified, engaged, and ready for rapid deployment. Source and attract SAP professionals through proactive search, headhunting, referrals, and online platforms; engage passive candidates and convert them to active opportunities. Build and maintain SAP talent pipelines aligned to forecasted delivery needs; segment by skill type, location, availability, and experience. Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Project Leads to anticipate demand and ensure resource availability. Partner with internal teams (Delivery, HR, Bid Office) to understand project timelines and resource needs; ensure high-quality candidate profiles submitted in line with client expectations. Maintain recruitment records in Zoho Recruit; streamline workflows for speed and efficiency; ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data protection standards (POPIA). Manage candidate communication and provide a high-touch experience that reflects DLK's brand and values. Qualifications Qualifications Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 3 focused on SAP roles Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environments Understanding of SAP modules and technical skillsets essential Skills & Attributes Strong sourcing capabilities in niche technical SAP areas Pro, results-oriented, organized with strong attention to detail Effective communicator who thrives under pressure Confident using Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
