Purpose of the Job Pepkor is growing and looking for a Systems Administrator to join the SAP team. The SAP Systems Administration focuses on providing administrative services to the SAP Centre of Excellence. The main purpose of this job is to ensure that the SAP system is operating optimally and that the CoE team has the tools and resources necessary to support the organisation's business operations. Key Responsibilities Responsible for SAP Support administration activities including finance user support Responding to SAP Master Data requests from business (e.g. Vendor Master creation and extension, Customer Master creation and extension, PO Deletions, General Ledger creation, creation of profit centres and creation of asset numbers) Managing the SAP Solution Manager inbox Creating SAP Support Tickets to the SAP Support team Responding to end users regarding progress with support requests SAP Password resets Assist users with system navigation queries Manage and maintain SAP Flexible Workflow processes Reporting out of Solution Manager on open Service Requests SAP user onboarding / role amendments (Gather information, Complete CoE form, Log Solman incident, action in SAP) Contribute to COE Knowledge base through the creation of user guides Participate in SAP change projects Administration of related financial systems, e.g. Paylink, TravelIT, Soterion, BEST, Finnivo, etc. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the SAP Support manager Job Incumbent Requirements 3 year diploma in IT, Finance or Communication 3 or more years experience in Support and or master data maintenance Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Google Suite required Knowledge of SAP S / 4 Hana required Good communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to assist CLOSING DATE : 03 October Application Instructions If you are interested in the above position and meet the requirements as indicated above, please submit your application.
