**Main job function**

**Training facilitation duties**:

- Scheduling and booking of annual Internal and External Training for all staff. Sourcing of compatible Training providers.
- Preparing and ensuring the scheduled Training facilities are prepared and staff are informed timeously to ensure attendance.
- Administer certification receipt and issuing to staff. Ensure training data are captured timeously to prepare for annual Skills development reports, WSP and ATR.
- Assist HR Manager with SETA Submission annually to enable maximum Grants are claimed.
- Monitoring of staff’s training attendance and registers received from various training providers if not held inhouse.

**HR administrative duties**:

- Assist with recruitment, reference checking and staff sourcing.
- Preparation of staff contracts of employment, internal transfer confirmation and general communication with Sanlam / Momentum / TSA Group Risk etc.
- Assist with new staff induction and preparation of staff files and record.
- Follow up on newly appointed staff personal information documents, bank confirmation records, acknowledgement of receipts with regards to issuing of various HR and Company related Policy’s back from new employees.
- Prepare employee files and full administration and preparation of documentation.
- Receipt and data capturing of all leave forms and filling thereof.
- Providing Management and staff with latest leave balance and VIP transactions according to latest processed leave reports and transaction listings.
- Ensure that during the employment and termination process the registration and termination of all Pension/Provident Fund and Medical Aid Forms are complete before sending this off to the various Providers, currently Sanlam and Momentum.
- Administrative duties with a regard to dismissals, resignations, retrenchments and or transfers of staff (Complete death benefit claims, educational benefit claims, Funeral claims, retirement claims, dismissal and or resignations related UIF documents, UI-19, salary schedules and certificates of service)
- Complete UI-19 and Labour related claim documentation for Maternity leave benefit claims, leave control and record of unpaid period.
- Assist with the completion and submission of Injury on duty documentation and capturing of data on the Department of Labour CompSol - WCA claim portal.
- Complete a First Aid Level one Course and assist HR with Head Office legal compliance of our First Aid box for Staff

**Employment Equity facilitator**:

- Keeping accurate control and minutes of meetings as scheduled quarterly.
- Ensure that all Equity related issues are addressed with HR Manager and file all documentation with regards to Equity promotional and training requirements.

**Industrial relations Assistant**:

- Assist HR Manager with taking of minutes during a disciplinary hearing and or Grievance procedure addressed.
- Assist HR Manager with CCMA case record preparations.
- Capturing of all related Disciplinary warnings issued and recording there off.
