Bourne Global is looking for a dynamic and creative **Junior Social Media Content Creator** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in shaping our digital presence by creating engaging, on-brand content that reflects the Bourne Global ethos of innovation, growth, and excellence. Your work will help strengthen our brand, connect with our diverse audience, and drive meaningful engagement across our social media platforms.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, with a portfolio showcasing creativity in visual and written content.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing software.
- A relevant marketing qualification (diploma from institutions like Red & Yellow, Vega, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and their best practices.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on attention to detail and creativity.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and adapt to changing trends.
- Eagerness to learn about paid social media strategies and campaign performance metrics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic video editing skills.
- An understanding of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) **or the willingness to learn.**:

- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop visually engaging and high-quality content (graphics, photos, videos) tailored to Bourne Global’s voice and branding across social platforms.
- **Copywriting**: Craft impactful and engaging captions, posts, and promotional material that resonate with our audience while maintaining consistency in tone.
- **Design & Visuals**: Create standout visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance our brand presence.
- **Social Media Management**: Schedule, publish, and monitor content to maintain a consistent and strategic posting calendar.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Marketing Director and team members to align content with campaign objectives and integrate feedback.
- **Trendspotting**: Stay on top of social media trends, emerging tools, and platform updates, suggesting new content ideas that align with industry best practices.
- **Performance Tracking**: Assist in monitoring the performance of social posts, analysing results, and providing insights to improve future strategies.
- **Foundational Paid Media Exposure**: Gain hands-on experience in basic paid social media management, including ad setup, audience targeting, and understanding performance metrics under the guidance of the Campaign Manager.
