Videographer and Audio-visual Content Producer

Duties/Pligte
- Planning and facilitating audio-visual content creation through scoping meetings and storyboarding sessions with teaching staff.
- Creating professional-grade video and photographic content for clinical training using industry-standard equipment.
- Managing and operating the FMHS multi-media studio, including scheduling, maintenance, and equipment administration.
- Editing audio and visual content using professional software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Facilitating high-quality live streaming services both in-studio and on-location.
- Creating marketing materials to promote studio services.
- Managing studio bookings and maintaining production workflow.
- Handling equipment purchasing and maintenance documentation.
- Supporting broader departmental needs with additional audio-visual content creation.
- Tracking production statistics and billing hours.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- A relevant degree in motion picture, **OR** a relevant two
- or three-year national diploma in media and/or audio-visual technologies.
- Two years' relevant working experience at a higher education institution or within the field multimedia design and development.
- Proficiency in professional videography and photography equipment.
- Expert knowledge and technical skills for photo and video editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of audio-visual production workflows.
- Experience in live streaming technology and implementation.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teaching staff.
- Understanding of professional content standards and quality requirements.
- The ability to manage and maintain technical equipment.
