We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator & Reels Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and creating engaging content, with a specific focus on producing high-quality reels.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers. Manage day-to-day activities on various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content and strategy. Schedule and publish regular posts, stories, and updates across all platforms. Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and cultivate a vibrant online community.

2. Reels Creation:

- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce creative reels content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Stay updated on the latest trends and features related to reels on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative ideas for reels content that resonate with our target audience. Edit and optimize reels for maximum impact, including adding music, captions, effects, and transitions. Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly to enhance engagement and reach.

3. Content Creation:

- Generate original, engaging content for various social media platforms, including static posts, stories, videos, and graphics. Ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and tailored to the preferences of each platform's audience. Utilize tools and software to enhance the quality and creativity of content, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. Collaborate with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and marketers, to brainstorm and execute content ideas.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and follower growth. Prepare regular reports summarizing social media and reels performance, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, posting schedules, and audience targeting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and reels content. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with video editing software and graphic design tools is a plus. Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in social media and digital marketing.
