Neo Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Call Center Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support and assistance to our customers over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telephony systems, software configurations, and hardware devices.
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operations and mínimal downtime.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on using call center tools and systems.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new features and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Asterisk and XCally Motion systems.
- Experience with VoIP protocols and telephony solutions.
- Familiarity with other call center software and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of network configurations, including SIP trunking and firewalls.
- Ability to document processes and maintain system records.
