**About the Role**:
As a **Family Care Call Center Specialist**, you’ll be the first point of contact for families, healthcare partners, and stakeholders. You’ll provide compassionate guidance, explain service options, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless support during sensitive times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Explain services, pricing, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Schedule appointments and arrange transportation.
- Coordinate with hospitals, hospices, and nursing homes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-school qualification preferred.
- 1+ year call center, customer service, or related experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience beneficial.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
