Position Overview: As an Operations Assistant, you will be a crucial part of our operations team, responsible for supporting various administrative and logístical tasks related to the day-to-day functioning of our online teaching platform. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive approach will contribute to the seamless delivery of educational content and exceptional user experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with instructors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of course content and materials.
- Monitor and manage teacher quality.
- Provide technical support to instructors, helping them navigate the online platform and resolve any technical issues.
- Assist in the coordination of live online classes, including scheduling, sending reminders, and managing virtual classroom settings.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to student enrollment, course progress, and instructor communications.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of our operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, learning management systems, and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide user support.
- Prior experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in an online education or e-learning environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a strong work ethic.
