**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain service excellence.
- Oversee reservations, guest queries, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and development.
- Uphold operational standards and drive a positive team culture.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in a FOH management role within a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage.
