Compensation & Benefits Specialist

You’re a specialist in compensation and benefits field and you’ve either already been in renewable energy or you’d love to be part of the growing and dynamic industry.

**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll research, implement and support the compensation and benefits structure for the company. It’s a fast paced and dynamic industry that’s extremely competitive and ever evolving and you’ll be part of a company that’s growing and value their talent. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that your company attracts and retains top talent, working closely with HR relating to all compensation, benefits, paid leave, work-life flexibility and other non-salary benefits.

**Where you’ll be doing it**

You’ll be based at their Cape Town Southern Suburbs office with 2 days a week based in office. You will be working for an industry leading international developer in the Renewable Energy sector. A young, dynamic, passionate and growing team awaits you

**What you’ll need**

You’ll need a tertiary qualification in HR with at least 3 years comp and ben specialist experience. You will need to have a clear understanding of tax compliance and labour regulations and have worked with implementing benchmarking, job evaluations and compensation cycle management. You will also need to have experience with labour market surveys and be familiar with various types of incentives and benefits.

While you need to be MS Office proficient, you will also need to be experienced with some form of HRIS. We need someone that strong analytically as well as quantiatively. You’re also an excellent planner, organiser that is meticulous and methodical with high attention to detail that comes naturally to you. You’re also action orientated and maintain an unquestionable level of confidentiality.

You’re extremely professional, action orientated - get things done and are able to juggle many different tasks and matters at a time while being calm. You’re a problem solver, a natural at finding solutions.

**What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)**

You’ll be responsible for property management, case management (medical aid process, admissions, authorisations) and managing credit control. You’ll also market the facility to health professionals and surrounding hospitals. Procurement, the Businesses Information Technology, Environmental and Social Governance will also fall under your scope. You’ll also be leading a team of 3 employees.

**Where you’ll be doing it**

You’ll be based at one of the Groups facilities in Blouberg that has a down-to-earth, fun and diverse team of professionals working there.

**What you’ll need**

You have some form of tertiary qualification (no Certificates), we’re looking for someone with a National Diploma or Degree. You’ll need to have medical aid and admin experience - processes, creditors, claims etc. We’re looking for someone that is passionate about patient care and is a strong leader.

An added advantage would be case management experience and property management (property maintenance). You’ll need to have a car and valid driver's license. You’re diligent, responsible, mature, positive and caring. You’re also a strong team player and are solutions orientated.
