We are looking for an office administrator with bookkeeping experience to assist with various tasks in the accounting practice.

**Requirements**:

- Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.);
- Data management and take-on of new clients;
- Bookkeeping experience (preferably with Xero and Sage);
- SARS efiling experience (preferred but not required);
- Experience with planning and time-management in a high pressure environment;
- Admin experience;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans;
- Professional appearance;
- Exceptional organisational skills and task orientated;
- Secretarial/admin experience;
- Ability to follow instructions;
- Ability to master new programs;
- Own transport.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the director with various office and admin tasks;
- Completion/populating of various returns on efiling based on given information;
- Various efiling tasks (administrative)
- Assisting in the take-on procedures of new clients and updating existing clients (when needed);
- Ensuring that client information is up to date;
- Limited bookkeeping;
- Reconcile datasets between various programs;
- Assist with deceased estate administration and trusts;
- Sending out documents for e-signature;
- General office admin.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
- computer skills: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans (required)
- English (required)
