**Warwick Wine Estate is looking for a strategically minded Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales process locally and internationally, manage the Warwick brand, and ensure flawless execution of the department’s strategy.**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of quality focused sales
- and marketing excellence in the wine business.
- Results-oriented mindset, strong commercial sense, combined with a sound and intuitive grasp of brand management.
- Solid network of key stakeholders in the world of wine, both locally and internationally.
- Extensive wine knowledge, alongside a deep appreciation of the aspects that drive quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership of Warwick’s complete sales function across all channels (DTC, B2B, locally and internationally).
- Ongoing engagement with key customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Development and execution of Warwick’s marketing plan in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Custodianship of the Warwick brand across all touch points (B2C, B2B & destination).
- Ownership and effective management of the company’s sales
- and marketing budget and allocation of related financial
- and human resources.
- Internal planning and communication to ensure inter-departmental alignment.
- Contribution towards Warwick’s overall strategic decisions.
