Human Resource Coordinator

Key Performance Areas:
- The entire process of recruitment and selection,
- He / she will provide general professional assistance and HR Coordination support services, be responsible for the procurement of HR resources and service e.g. stationery and books, venues etc.
- Record all invoices received in the log book and fellow up to ensure payment is processed timeously, Verifying all time sheets signed by managers e.g. standby overtime, nightshift etc. and input in payroll system,
- Ensure that all medical aid and pension fund enrolment forms are properly completed for new system entries and submission to respective scheme administration,
- Accurate record keeping and filing all documents and Provide and analyse various HR reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in Payroll administration.
- Knowledge of the Human Resources Information systems, e.g. VIP Computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite intermediate.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R26,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources Administrator: 3 years (required)
- Payroll administration: 3 years (preferred)
