**Responsibilities**:

- The Group PMO Climate & Environment reports directly to the Group CSR Director at corporate level of Expleo’s organisation, and performs the following functions:

- Deploy and drive a group climate and environment impact management system (climate and environment policy, roadmap, operating and reporting procedures, performance indicators and dashboards, continuous improvement projects) in accordance with applicable guidelines and standards and Expleo's commitments;
- Structure and conduct the annual collection of information on greenhouse gas emissions from all group entities; perform the calculations and consolidations required to establish Expleo's carbon footprint in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard and ISO 14064;
- Analyse and monitor the company's performance in executing the Net-Zero trajectory defined in relation to the SBTi; propose and monitor emissions reduction initiatives and action plans, oversee the deadlines and contributions corresponding to each entity, to ensure that the objectives are achieved;
Obtain ISO 14064 assurance statement from an Accredited Body of the Expleo Group's annual carbon footprint and have the Net-Zero targets validated by SBTi;
- Structure and drive the process of assessing the KPIs for measuring alignment with the EU green taxonomy regulation; obtain external verification of the taxonomy KPIs in accordance with the requirements of the CSRD and EFRAG's ESRS;
- Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders for information, reports, documents, questionnaires on climate and environment;
- Collaborate on responses to climate and environmental assessment questionnaires (CDP, Greenly, Intertek,...); analyse results, propose and drive actions to improve Expleo's rating;
- Deploy training/awareness-raising on climate and environmental impact to the company's employees and managers;
- Conduct climate and environmental regulatory monitoring and benchmarking to ensure that Expleo remains at the forefront of best practice and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Social and Economic Sciences, or related field

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English to work in a global organisation;
- Coordination and communication skills to function effectively in a global and dynamic business environment and access all stakeholders of the entity;
- Motivation and commitment to positive climate and environmental action, and ability to convince and federate;
- Synthesis, project management and planning skills;
**Experience**:

- Experience in environmental management; in particular knowledge of:

- Greenhouse gas emissions calculation standards (GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, ISO 14064, BEGES methodology of ADEME), the Corporate Net-Zero Standard of the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), the European Green Taxonomy regulation, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EFRAG's European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), in particular ESRS E1 to E5 on climate and environment;
- Experience in writing and designing presentations, reports and info graphics;
- Knowledge of the engineering, technology and consulting sector or similar industry (organisation, activities, project life cycle).
