- The role of the Internal Salesperson is to service the needs of the Company's existing clients, respond to new sales inquiries and to support the activities of the external sales team.
- This position is well suited to individuals with excellent communication & people skills and is one of the best ways for anyone considering an outbound sales role to gain relevant experience

**Key Job Outputs**
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Adhere to tasks deadline and requirements
- Work accurately and provide the correct information to clients
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
- Sell products and service customer needs
- Be in a position to acquaint with the product and manufacture process efficiently
- Maintain the standard and quality of sales perfection
- Work with the workshop on technical aspects
- To do follow up on jobs /enquiries and honour all anticipated codes of service/delivery to clients
- Achieving relevant targets and KPI's**Inherent Requirements**

**Required Learning**
- Matric with a technical qualification
- 3 to 5 years technical internal sales experience
- Previous experience in similar industry advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Sage Evolution advantageous
- Valid Driver’s Licence
