**Main Purpose Of The Job**
- The purpose of the job role is to grow the customer base and increase market share.
- The incumbent will also provide support to the External Sales Representative, convert inquiries into Sales by answering inbound telephone calls.
- Promote and sell company world class products with excellent customer service

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure increased customer awareness and maintain/increase market share
- Ensure optimal growth by providing excellent customer service and after service
- Capture Sales orders
- Follow-up of progress on orders
- Assist with Telesales
- Meet and improve annual budgets - inherent requirement
- Client queries are responded to timeously.
- Deliveries are followed up on whenever necessary.
- Written (typed) quotations are provided to customers.
- Check material availability when quoting
- Assist to maintain customer pricelists and customer data base
- Assist with the resolution of customer complaints, requirements and progress reports
- Analyse customer feedback and service satisfaction and escalate for corrective measures
- Assist customer with technical info, brochure and installation procedures
- General admin / perform own filing
- Assist with additional tasks as requested by management from time to time
- Contribute to GRS Brand Awareness
- Uphold the company’s code of ethics
- Ensure excellent customer service to clients**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- Matric Certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
- Computer Literacy is essential (MS Office)
- Minimum 5 years Internal Sales Rep/Technical sales experience is essential
- Syspro experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to actively negotiate and communicate with all customers
- Sound knowledge of South African roof sheeting industry is preferred
- Sound knowledge of Market Pricing advantageous
- A good understanding off the Building industry will be an advantage
- Must be able to work under pressure
