- Reports to: Projects Contracts Manager- Projects and Africa Division is looking for a young and driven individual who is seeking a new challenging career in the Valves, Flow and Instrumentation sales market in South Africa and the Africa Region. This person needs to be dedicated and hardworking individual who is willing to always give their best to benefit the division and the company.**Duties will include**:

- Handling of incoming telephonic enquiries.
- Telephonic sales.
- Processing sales.
- If customer requires Sales Engineer to call, acquiring sufficient information and arranging appointment for relevant Sales Engineer.
- Compiling and submitting of quotes resulting from telephonic enquiries, following up of same.
- Processing of all invoices, inter-branch transfers, jobs, etc.
- Assisting External Sales with quotations where necessary.
- Expediting of orders.
- Technical coordination.
- Branch liaison/support.
- Maintaining quotes register.
- Assisting with stock management system**Inherent Requirements**
- Prior Internal Sales Administration experience would be preferable - At least 1 year
- Process Instrumentation/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background an advantage.
- Knowledge of Instrumentation and/or Valves products an advantage.
- Need to be computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Good memory retention
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Be able to perform under pressure and get quotations out timeously
