**Group Assistant Lodge Operations Manager.**

Hospitality Management Group which manages and represents a portfolio of exquisite lodges

Based at the Head Office Bryanston Gauteng

5 years minimum experience in **LODGE OPERATIONS in a GENERAL MANAGEMENT** position at 5 star Game Lodges.
- Matric
- Good command of the English language
- Friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
- Well-spoken and presentable individual
- Strong leader who has been in charge of employees before
- Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable
- Responsible for the management of the above mentioned properties within the portfolio
- Implementation and management of standards in the properties
- Implementation of service and product initiatives
- Effective leadership & management skills
- Plan and manage lodge operations effectively
- Drive the broader goals of the group as agreed with the General Manager, Operations
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS, NEBULA & Apex Systems beneficial
- Knowledge of Game Reserve Operations required - Computer literate
- Able to handle pressure & difficult situations if required
- Able to multi task & deliver as required in accordance with company standards
- Adherence to all company practices
- Leading, training and motivating the team
- Drive the lodge’s quality plan and implement all required standards
- Handle all Union Negotiations for the properties

**Salary - Market related - highly negotiable**

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 5* Lodge Operations: 6 years (preferred)
- 5* Lodge General Manager: 5 years (preferred)
