**Requirements**:

- Grade 12/ NQF4
- Appropriate Bachelor's degree or/and equivalent experience in Credit management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role and administrative functions
- Have a thorough knowledge of credit-related laws
- Have considerable experience with customer interactions and negotiations
- Proficient in the MS Office Package

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Continuously ensure that financial goals are met within the relevant department
- Ensure that operational
- and capital budgets are drawn up on an annual basis and managed effectively
- Ensure that any deviances and overdue accounts are within VKB’s policies and procedures
- Monthly analysis and management of income statement deviances.
- Overall coordination and facilitation of the HR Function within your department (employee leave management, training and succession planning etc.)
- Ensure that your department complies with VKB’s Risk Management policies and procedures
- Continuous compliance to all relevant legislation
- Continuously revise standard operating procedures and train staff to ensure adherence thereto
- Regularly coordinate liaison with farmers and other clients to ensure growth within your department
- Continuous liaison with internal departments and service providers to foster long term relationships in order to better on service levels
- Timeous resolution and management of customer complaints and queries

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Post-related knowledge/experience of financial statements and farming operations
- Ability to continuously contribute to the development of position
- Advance level of MS Office
- Accuracy
- Conflict Management
- Be able to work under pressure within specified time frames
- Work independently as well as functioning in a team
