Responsible for the Administrative function to the VKB Retail Branches

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12/ NQF 4
- Previous experience within a similar role will serve as recommendation
- Proficient in the MS Office package
- Good communication skills; written and verbal
- Good telephone etiquette

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Control and management of incoming cash & transactions from the relevant VKB Branches
- Outgoing cash and transactions to VKB Branches requesting float
- Day to day assistance with queries relating to float requests
- Assisting with technical queries relating to Speed points at VKB Branches
- Communication with participating Banks pertaining to Speed Point transactions and queries
- Cashbook reconciliations
- Filing and general administrative duties
- Any ad-hoc related tasks as requested by management
