**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires in the cruise ship industry, including scheduling interviews, completing paperwork, and assisting with training arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with cruise line clients to facilitate the placement of new hires and address any onboarding-related issues or concerns.
- Assist in creating and maintaining onboarding materials, including training manuals, orientation guides, and job-specific instructions.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Conduct follow-up checks and evaluations to ensure that new hires are successfully onboarded and integrated into their roles.
- Assist in developing and implementing improvements to the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or operations, preferably in the cruise ship industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
