The role involves assisting with the SweepStar interviews, onboarding, reference calls, completion of profiles and general administration.

**Experience Required**:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in Administration. A tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
Requirements/Competencies
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Computer Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak IsiXhosa or isiZulu is an added advantage
- Able to work long hours/weekends and holidays

**Role Involves**
- Inviting potential SweepStars to onboarding sessions
- Executing and assisting with onboarding sessions
- Ensure onboarding sessions are conducted in a professional and well - organised manner
- Ensure Sweepstar compliance and adherence to terms and conditions
- Complete administration, reference phone calls and data capturing
