**Job Title**: Residential Property Analyst/Property Manager/Airbnb Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor listings on multiple platforms to assess the viability of properties in the short-term rental market.
- **Optimization Strategies**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the appeal and profitability of selected properties for each platform. This may include recommendations for interior design, amenities, and guest experience tailored to the requirements of each platform.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Demonstrate strong negotiating skills to secure favorable rental terms and agreements with property owners, including negotiating rent prices and lease terms.
- **Lease Management**: Handle all paperwork and administrative tasks related to lease signing, rental agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with rental property laws and regulations.
- **Guest Communication**: Support guest inquiries, bookings, and communication across various platforms to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate cleaning services, maintenance, and any other necessary arrangements for listed properties across different platforms.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, booking conversion rates, and guest reviews, across multiple platforms. Provide regular reports to our company on the potential and performance of listed properties on each platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in property analysis, market research, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiating skills to secure favorable rental terms.
- Ability to handle paperwork and administrative tasks related to lease management.
- Basic knowledge of rental property laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in property analysis tools, market research methods, and Microsoft Office suite.
