We are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager to join a leading organisation within the property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) with strong technical expertise to take full ownership of the finance function in a growing, fast-paced environment. If you are looking to step into a strategic, hands-on role within a reputable property company, this opportunity is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full financial management of multiple property portfolios.
  • Prepare and review monthly management reports and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
  • Manage budgets, conduct variance analysis, and support cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Qualification and Skills Required:
  • CA(SA) designation is essential.
  • BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance.
  • Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles.
  • 3–5 years post-articles experience, ideally within property, real estate, or related sectors.
  • Strong technical accounting ability and solid IFRS knowledge.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical ability, communication skills, and leadership capability.
